Stars Eternal

Stars Eternal is a space opera tabletop role-playing game (TTRPG) focused on games and stories with elements like alien relics under a green-gold sky, wayfinding by instruments in the desert, and stolen rebel plans. There is some (but less) space marines, bug hunts, and weapons set to kill – so uncivilized. Stars Eternal is more “set to stunning.” (Because it’s got space capes in.)

This product, Stars Eternal: Jump Drive Rules (SE: JDR), is the player’s quickstart and contains the entire rules-light system (based on Cepheus Quantum) in one print-friendly A5 zine. These rules are intended to allow you to play pick-up games with little to no prep, and give players a sense of command and agency in an exotic setting by using shared cultural touchstones from Golden Age sci fi in a modern way.

The next entry in the Stars Eternal line will be Perilous New Journeys, part I of a three-part series for Keepers (GMs) to make running crunch-light sci-fi as easy as the rules are for the players. (Parts II and III of Project Tricolor will be a galaxy guide and a Triple Adventure.)
